The Kría Awards
The Kríuverðlaun ("Tern Awards") are an award ceremony for comics in Iceland, organized every two years by the Icelandic Comic Book Society. This ceremony is to celebrate comic book creation in Iceland and venerate comics as an artform equal to all other Icelandic arts. Various categories are awarded each time and winners receive a certificate of recognition for their work.
