Professional critique: Members are encouraged to send in scripts and works-in-progress for a constructive critique from professional comics creators.
Workshops and lectures: The ÍMS workshop program has been dormant for a while, but there are stirrings happening now. Members are invited to attend free workshops and lectures by professional artists to learn new techniques in comic creation.
Discounts in select shops and services: Members who show their membership IDs at A4, Litir og föndur, Pixel print service or Slippfélagið receive a discount between 10-30%, depending on the shop and the service (with an average of 15%).
The ÍMS roster: Active members are placed in the site’s roster, which includes a name, a brief introduction, a sample of their work and a link to their personal portfolio site.
